Keio EDGE Visited Thailand for Innovative Thinking Workshop

Our mission to conduct a workshop and to recruit a student was accomplished for these three days in Thailand.

On the first day, we visited Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University to discuss about methodology for curriculum structure and possible future cooperation. They seemed to be interested in our principle of course architecture and the implementation as current Keio EDGE Program.

We appreciate not only their warm hospitality, but also learned a lot from their experience and challenges.

On 23rd and 24th, we conducted two-day workshop with about 50 participants. They were exposed to the Innovative Thinking Approach and the outline of Keio EDGE Program.

We were done for the two days after selecting a student who will be invited to Japan to participate in Keio EDGE Program 2015 Fall. After the three days, we were convinced that just learning methods or methodology does not mean much, but it is truly meaningful when it is coupled with the right mindset.

Three master course students supported the campaign as a Teaching Assistant. They supported the workshop very well and also had good experience. This was the last event for the 2014 fiscal year, but we are going to continue challenge too in coming 2015 fiscal year.
